Q_005: What happens when my VIP Library Subscription is about to expire?

Answer: You may either purchase a new subscription or your username and password will become invalid. You may re-new at any time, but we prefer you do it during the last month of your current subscription. If you are an active subscriber and you purchase a new subscription, it will automatically become active the day your current subscription expires. Also, your username and password will remain the same unless your request new login information.
