License Options: Non-Commercial Use: When commissioning Mesh Factory to produce custom work under a "Non-Commercial Use License", the customer agrees that Mesh Factory maintains full ownership rights to the finished work, while the customer retains a valid software license to use the finished work within any for-profit or not-for-profit project(s) he or she wishes. However, the customer agrees not to share, trade, sub-license, lend, sell, or re-distribute the finished work at any time to any third party user.

Shared Ownership: When purchasing custom work under a "Shared Ownership License", the customer agrees that the finished work Mesh Factory creates as part of the project is shared on a 50%-50% basis. Both Mesh Factory and the customer maintain equal rights to, and equal ownership of, the completed work. Neither party is obligated to consult with, or to pay any royalty fees to, the other party at any time, regarding the sharing, trading, licensing, lending, selling, or re-distribution of the work.

Full Ownership: When purchasing custom work under a "Full Ownership License", the customer owns full rights to the completed work once the project balance due is paid in full. Mesh Factory waives any and all rights to, and ownership of, the completed work at that time.
